We're most happy to offer Free Postage for purchases above $100.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for any missing parcels once we drop them off at the mailbox/post office, and will offer no form of compensation should your parcel be lost in transit. Therefore, registered mail is encouraged - at a fee of $2.50 in addition to normal mail postage - if you wish to avoid such from happening.
You may also opt for SmartPac, a postage-paid postal service by SingPost at a flat fee of $4.20, for the next working day delivery* in Singapore. SmartPac offers doorstep delivery, similar to registered mail, but in the event no one is at home, Mr. Postman will deposit your parcel in your letterbox (as opposed to regular Registered Mail, where you would have to go to the post office to collect your parcel if no one is at home). When delivered to letterbox, Mr. Postman’s signature on the delivery note is deemed as proof of delivery. Please note size of SmartPac box: 300mm x 190mm x 70mm (maximum weight of 3kg). Kindly ensure your letterbox is big enough to fit the parcel if nobody is available to receive your parcel. Mr. Postman will issue delivery advice if SmartPac can't fit into letterbox.
